RETURN POLICY – Adlabs Jeans
Thank you for shopping with Adlabs Jeans. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve crafted this Return Policy to make the process clear, fair and convenient.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, unworn condition, with original tags, labels, packaging and any accessories included.
- The return request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (or such other timeframe you prefer, e.g., 10/14 days).
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or have missing tags/packaging may not be accepted for return.
- Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable) will not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Initiating a Return
- Log in to your account on the website and navigate to My Orders → select the order and click Request Return.
- Alternatively, you can email our customer-service team at support@adlabsjeans.co.in (or the appropriate email) with your order number and reason for return.
- Once the return request is approved, you will receive confirmation along with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Return Shipping
- For items being returned due to a defect, error on our part (wrong item/shipping), or damage in transit, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
- If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind (fit/colour/choice), you may be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back.
- Please ensure the return parcel is securely packed and shipped to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
4. Inspection & Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item, our Quality / Returns team will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method used for purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.). For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refund may be credited via bank transfer or store-credit.
- Please note that bank clearance times may vary and are beyond our control.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item (for example: different size or colour of the same product) you may request this at the time you initiate your return.
- If the requested replacement is available in stock, we will ship it to you once your original item has been received and inspected.
- If the replacement is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
- Personalized/customised items (unless manufacturing defect).
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or without original packaging/tags.
7. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos/videos of the item, packaging and delivery proof and email them to support@adlabsjeans.co.in with your order number.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch; if you cancel before the item has shipped, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- After dispatch/shipment, you may return the item under the above Return Policy, but cancellation after dispatch is not automatically accepted.
9. Store Credit
- In certain cases (e.g., where refund to original payment method is not possible) we may issue a store credit.
- Store credits are valid for 12 months from issuance and may be used on future purchases at Adlabs Jeans.
10. International Orders
- If you have placed an order for delivery outside India, international return/exchange terms may apply, due to varying customs/shipping rules. Please contact our support team for guidance.
11. Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated criteria.
- Use & care of the item: normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by negligence may render the item ineligible for return.
- Refund amounts may be adjusted if any accessories, packaging or tags are missing.
12. Changes to Policy
Adlabs Jeans reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to purchases made after such update.
